Great staff Great location Nice facility - Very accommodating and responsive The few issues won’t prevent us from staying there again as it’s an overall nice location I just think they are significant enough to mention

The breakfast was fabulous, cold and hot choices.. they do have a waffle maker. The room was clean,comfortable, and quiet. I had a credit card issue so I got there early and they let me check in early. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Bed was comfortable, and there was an extra blanket, which I like to have. The heater worked well and was easy to adjust. I would stay here again. It is only a 14v. Minute drive to downtown State College, which is very cute with lots of restaurants. There are stores close by and a Perkins restaurant for lunch and dinner. Also there is a gas station right across the street. I appreciated the fridge and microwave.I liked having a walk in shower.

They met my handicap needs. I really liked that there was no charge for doing laundry. The laundry was only one washer & dryer. But it was located as far from my room as you could get—at the end of the 4th floor. I just used a cart.

From initial phone contact with a question through in person experience this hotel and staff were an absolute delight to do business with. Each person we interacted with was not only professional and polite but also pleasant. The facility was great, the breakfast was excellent. It was an all around great experience- we will be returning.

The staff was very friendly! I left a nice tip for housekeeping because I met the young housekeeper on my way out and she appeared to be sweet! In addition, my daughter left her stuffed animal. I called and Crystal looked into. Housekeeping found it and Crystal called to arrange shipping. She was extremely sensitive, kind, understanding and helpful! 🤗

Room was large, comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. So grateful for the staff as my daughter left something behind in the room and they were extremely helpful in getting it back!

Very attractive with clean rooms and nice bed linens. Particularly liked the low level light in bathroom. Too many hotels have only bright lights that make you look hideous and ruin your travel experience.

Staff was super accommodating for last minute changes of our work schedule. We were able to add an extra day and have a late checkout without any issues. The manager especially is wonderful!

I wish that I could remember the name of the girl working at the counter when we checked in!! Pleasant, genuine, and sincere! My husband and I have had to travel quite a bit lately and the majority of hotel employees we have dealt with have been awful!! I know it is difficult to find workers lately, but still…. Dealing with someone who was actually professional was like a breath of fresh air!!! Thank you!!
